How to Access Your Purchases
After purchasing from Ninjacators, all of your products are available through our secure member portals. This article explains exactly how to find and access everything you have purchased.
Which Portal Do I Use?
Ninjacators operates two separate member areas depending on the type of product you purchased:

If you have purchased products from both categories, your login credentials (email and password) are the same for both portals — as long as you used the same email address at checkout.
Logging In
Navigate to the appropriate portal above and enter the email address you used when you made your purchase along with your password. If this is your first time logging in, you may have received a welcome email with a link to set your password. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from Ninjacators.
Can't Log In?
If you are having trouble logging in, try the following steps in order:
- Use the "Lost your password?" link on the login page to reset your password.
- Make sure you are using the exact email address you used at the time of purchase.
- Try the "Send me a Snappy Login Link" option on the login page — this sends a one-click login link directly to your email.
- If none of the above work, please contact our support team at help@ninjacators.com and we will locate your account manually.
I Have Multiple Purchases — Where Are They All?
Once logged in to your member area, all products associated with your account will be visible in your dashboard. If a product you purchased does not appear, please contact support with your order confirmation number and we will resolve it promptly.
