Welcome to Ninjacators — and congratulations on taking a step toward smarter, more confident trading.

This article is designed to help you get oriented quickly so you can start using your new tools as soon as possible. Whether you purchased an indicator, a mini course, or a fully automated trading system, the steps below will point you in the right direction.

Step 1 — Check Your Purchase Confirmation Email

After completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email from Ninjacators. This email contains your order details and, in most cases, a link to access your product. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it within a few minutes.

Step 2 — Access Your Member Area

Depending on what you purchased, your content will be available in one of two member portals:

Your login for both portals is the email address you used at checkout. If you have purchased products from both categories, the same email and password will work on both sites.

Step 3 — Make Sure NinjaTrader 8 Is Installed

All Ninjacators software is built exclusively for the NinjaTrader 8 platform. If you have not yet installed NinjaTrader, you can download it for free at ninjatrader.com. You will also need an active data feed connected to NinjaTrader before your indicators or bots will display live data.

Step 4 — Install Your Product

Once NinjaTrader is running, follow the installation instructions included with your product. Most Ninjacators tools are delivered as a .zip or .msi file. For detailed installation steps, please see our article: How to Install a Zip File and/or MSI File.
