How to Reset Your License in LicenseSpring

1. Visit https://users.licensespring.com/profile  
2. Log in using the email and password associated with your purchase.
3. Click on the Licenses tab.
4. Select the product you would like to reset.
5. Click RESET.
6. Click Confirm to complete the reset.

Important Notes About License Resets

• Resetting your license removes the active license from your previous machine.
• A reset creates a new activation, allowing you to activate again: On the same machine, or on a new machine.
• A single license can only be active on one machine at a time.
  • Unless multiple licenses are purchased

After Resetting Your License

1. Download the program on the machine where you want to activate it.
2. Open NinjaTrader 8 and complete the normal installation and activation process.

Using the Product on Multiple Machines

If you would like to run the same product on two machines at the same time, an additional license purchase is required. Please contact our Support Team for pricing and assistance with adding an additional license.
